By eliminating the use of film, screen manufacturing accuracy is improved, production efficiency is increased, and processing costs are reduced. Furthermore, it helps avoid common problems such as bonding errors, dot loss, impurities, and variations during drying, resulting in better design reproduction.

Its installation method keeps the screen in a position similar to that used during printing, ensuring a constant focal distance between the nozzle and the mesh. This improves pattern quality and reduces the risk of contact between the printhead and the screen during operation.
