Characteristics :
Direct computer screen creation is a digital imaging process applied to the screen printing frame. This film-free laser technology transforms edited text and images into digital data using RIP software, allowing the high-precision optical system to directly expose the screen. By replacing the use of traditional film, it reduces problems such as wear, shrinkage, or film variation, as well as lowering consumable costs.
During rapid frame changes, image output is computer-controlled to maintain a repeatability error within 0.02 mm per exposure. Its in-house developed frame positioning system accommodates various mounting devices, such as registration pins, thimbles, and T-shaped steel, facilitating faster, more precise, and more stable changes.
The thick film laser module offers high exposure energy, allowing penetration of photoresistors up to 300 microns and solving applications for 3D printing or screen printing relief.
